These terms cover orders placed at Falk Jewelry Designs. By placing an order you agree to them.

The pieces

Everything here is made by hand, most of it cast one at a time. Two of the same design will not be identical, and stones vary in colour and marking. That is the nature of the work rather than a fault.

Photographs are taken in daylight and screens differ, so a colour may not be exact.

Orders and prices

An order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when it ships. If something is unavailable, or a price or description is wrong, the order may be cancelled and anything paid is refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.

Made to order and custom work

Many pieces are made after the order comes in. A custom piece is agreed by email before any work starts.

Shipping, exchanges and privacy

Shipping and exchanges are covered by the shipping policy and the refund policy. Personal information is handled as set out in the privacy policy.
